There will be a Book Exhibit alongside the catering space, where delegates are invited to browse the titles, and talk to the publisher representatives. The support of the publishers is an important part of putting on the biennial conference, so please do take the time to visit their stands, and talk to their staff.
The hours of the Book Exhibit will be: Wednesday 14:00-18:30; Thursday 10:00-16:00; Friday 10:00-16:30 or 6; Saturday 10:30-14:00.
800 delegates and an exhibiting space positioned among the tea/coffee distribution points close to the reception desk – what’s not to like? Publishers and other exhibitors can choose one or more of the following options:
To register for the conference including some exhibition space at EASST2018, please email conference(at)easst.net and specify the type of participation required (number of staff and display tables required); we shall then contact you with instructions on how your staff members attending the event should register in our system. If interested, you can also book tickets for your staff to attend the conference dinner.
Please ensure your exhibits are not delivered before 16th July. Please mark all parcels with delivery labels as follows:

To ensure you get your exhibits back, please label all your boxes with your organisation’s/company’s name in the top left-hand corner and make sure that whoever makes the courier booking ensures that the organisation’s/company’s name is used as a reference in the order.

Please arrange for collections to be made by 30th July.
Please try to set up by 11:30 on Wednesday to take advantage of the registration period. Alternatively by 10:00 on Thursday before the first break. If at all possible, please also avoid taking the stand down before the final coffee/tea break at 11:00 on Saturday.
